Mindfulness 101

5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Close your eyes or find a point you can focus on.

Inhale for 5…4…3…2…1…

Hold.

Exhale for 5…4…3…2…1…

Repeat.

Let the breath go to all the corners of your body.

Allow your chest to expand with your deep breaths.

Release it all with profound exhales.

Feel the energy move through your body.

Tune in.

Relax.

Reclaim your peace.

Allow, restore, purify and cleanse.

Return to you, your body, your mind, your spirit.

Feel it recalibrate.

Become aware of how it dissolves the tension.

Notice how you start flowing differently.

  

Right here, right now is where it’s at. 

Nothing more, nothing less, just the present moment.

 

A few things: practice frequently, use as needed, and let it change you.
